The Saluting America School Program is made possible by various sponsoring organizations.

Major sponsors include The American Legion and the Daniels Fund. Additional sponsors that assisted in the program launch in Colorado include former baseball superstar Todd Helton, as well as several anonymous supporters.

Organizations such as the American Legion, USO, the VA Medical Center / Denver, KYGO radio,  Daughters of American Revolution, as well as numerous individuals, have assisted Saluting America in distributing Tribute Cards completed by Colorado school students.

Sponsorship can take many forms, including direct financial contributions to Saluting America, sponsoring materials for local school districts, corporate Saluting America programs for company employees, assistance in distributing completed Tribute Cards, and other volunteer activities.
